My watch already has a few marks — is it still worth it?

Yes — it's actually the best time. The film locks in your watch's current condition: existing marks stop getting worse, and no new ones are added.

Does the film leave any sticky residue when removed?

Absolutely not. We use a high-end adhesive specially designed not to interact with precious metals (904L steel, gold, platinum). Upon removal, the film peels off cleanly without leaving the slightest trace.

What's inside your ChronoSkin kit?

Two configurations to choose from:

Essential kit: custom protection for the case, crystal, lugs and clasp.

Premium kit: everything in the Essential kit, plus bracelet protection (faces and sides), the most exposed area day to day.

Every kit, Essential and Premium alike, also includes an application solution, precision tweezers and spare pieces so you can practise or replace a piece.

I'm not very handy. What if I mess up the installation?

Don't worry. Every kit includes spare pieces so you can practise before applying to your watch. And you're covered by our 14-day Successful Fit Guarantee: if a piece is misapplied, simply send us a photo and we'll ship you the exact replacement piece free of charge.

Can I return my protection kit?

At Chronoskin Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, the kit must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and with its films intact. Once the kit has been inspected by our team, we will issue a full refund for your order. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service before any shipment to get instructions.

Does the kit protect against impacts or only scratches?

Our 150-micron films absorb minor knocks (friction, belt buckles, "desk diving") and guard against everyday micro-scratches.

Does the film create air bubbles?

No. Our dedicated application solution lets air escape during application. If a micro-bubble appears, it usually disappears within 24 hours. If it doesn't, you're covered by our Successful Fit Guarantee.
